1.First you have to create an account in yahoo mail

2.Now sign in to your yahoo mail

3.Now click on contacts Tab

     

4.Now click on import contacts

5.Now click on f  icon

6.Now it will ask you to sign in to your facebook account

7.Now sign in to fb

8.now click on "done"

9.Now select all contacts and click on Actions>Export all

            

10.Now on the top left hand side click on "Print"

11.Now take print of email ids of all your facebook friends or copy it to MS Word and save
